By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Khoya/mawa, Cocoa powder Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 51-60 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Burfi- Sk Khazana 500 grams Khoya/mawa 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder 1/2 cup Powdered sugar for garnish Silver warq Method Heat khoya in a non-stick pan, mixing continuously, till it softens completely. Add cocoa and mix till well combined and fat surfaces. Take it off the heat and transfer into a bowl. Allow the khoya mixture to cool completely. Add sugar and mix till well combined. Transfer this mixture into a greased burfi tray and spread it evenly. Level the top and set aside for 1 hour. Apply silver warq on top and cut it into desired shape.
