Ingredients for Chocolate Gola - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling

  • Chocolate block

  • Cocoa powder 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Powdered sugar 3 tablespoons

  • Milk powder 2 tablespoons

  • Hot milk 1/4 cup

  • Condensed milk 2 tablespo + for drizzling

  • Khoya grated 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Pistachios chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Almonds 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Cashewnuts 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Put cocoa powder and 2 tbsps powdered sugar in a dredger.

Step 2

Put some ice cubes in a blender jar and blend till the ice is crushed. Transfer it immediately into a small bowl and stuff it tightly and press with you hand to even out the top. Upturn the bowl on a serving plate. Transfer into a bowl and freeze till it is time to serve.

Step 3

Take milk powder in a bowl, add remaining powdered sugar and hot milk and mix till smooth. Add condensed milk and mix well.

Step 4

Make some chocolate shavings and keep on a plate.

Step 5

For serving, bring the ice gola out of the freezer and drizzle the milk mixture on it. Drizzle a little condensed milk and a little chocolate sauce on top. Sprinkle khoya, pistachios, almonds, cashewnuts and chocolate shavings on top. Finally dredge with the cocoa powder-powdered sugar mixture and serve immediately.
