Place it upside down on a plate and sprinkle some colourful vermicelli on them. Keep the plate in the refrigerator till the chocolate sets. Blend together ice cream, coffee decoction and milk till smooth. Pour the prepared mixture into individual shot glasses till they are ¾ full. Place the chocolate crusted puris on top.
