Chocolate Gor Papdi The popular Gujarati mithai made exotic with the addition of chocolate. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Jul 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cocoa powder, Jaggery (gur) Cuisine Gujarati, , , , Course Mithais Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 1-1.30 hour Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Gor Papdi 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder 1 cup Jaggery (gur) 1 teaspoon Drinking chocolate 1½ cups Whole wheat flour (atta) 1 cup Clarified butter Sugar 1 teaspoon Milk For topping Mixed dried fruits finely chopped Method Heat clarified butter in a non-stick pan. Add flour and mix well till fragrant and it turns light brown. Add jaggery and switch off heat. Add sugar, milk, cocoa powder and drinking chocolate and mix well. Divide the mixture into silicon moulds and press to level. Top with dry fruits and set aside till it cools.
