By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cocoa powder, Refined flour Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 cup refined flour ½ cup gram flour (besan) ½ teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon coffee powder 2 tablespoons almond meal 1 cup powdered sugar A pinch of salt ½ cup ghee Chocolate syrup to drizzle Method Preheat the oven to 160˚C. Sift refined flour in a bowl. Sift together and add gram flour, baking powder, baking soda, coffee powder, cocoa powder and almond meal. Add powdered sugar, salt and mix well. Add ghee in mixture and mix well to form medium soft dough. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Divide the dough into equal portions. Shape each portions into balls and slightly flatten them. Transfer on the tray. Make small dent in centre of cookies. Transfer the tray in a preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool down. Drizzle chocolate syrup in a serving platter. Transfer the cookies.
