By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Chocolate Pancake Main Ingredients Chocolate sauce, Whole wheat flour (atta) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce + for serving 1 cup whole wheat flour (atta) ½ cup oats powder ½ cup finger millet flour (nachni/ragi) 2 eggs 2 cups milk 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 teaspoons olive oil + as required Butter as required Honey for serving Maple syrup for serving Chocolate-hazelnut sauce for serving Method Mix together wheat flour, oats flour and finger millet in a bowl. Break in eggs and whisk well. Add milk gradually and whisk well to make a semi-thick batter. Add baking powder and whisk. Add chocolate sauce and whisk. Add 2 teaspoons olive oil and whisk well. Set aside for 5 minutes. To prepare one pancake, heat 1 teaspoon in a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of batter and slightly swirl the pan to make a semi-thick disc and cook from both sides till golden brown. Transfer on a plate. To prepare another pancake, pour a ladleful of batter, swirl the pan to make a semi-thick disc, spread some butter around the edges and cook from both sides till golden brown, applying some butter.
