By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Dec 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Chocolate Peanut Chikki Main Ingredients Cocoa powder, Roasted peanut powder Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 51-60 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Peanut Chikki 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 cup roasted peanut powder 1 cup chopped jaggery 1 tbsp ghee + for greasing Method Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease a rolling pin with ghee. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a non-stick pan, add jaggery and mix well. Let the jaggery melt completely. To test whether the syrup is ready, put a drop of it in cold water. If it forms a firm ball then the syrup is ready. Add cocoa powder and mix well, add roasted peanuts and mix well. Pour the mixture into the lined tray and spread it evenly with the greased rolling pin. Cut into squares while it is still hot. Allow to cool and then break the squares.
