By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Crust, Chocolate biscuits Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 2.30-3 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Truffle Cake-SK Khazana Crust 12-16 Chocolate biscuits 2 tablespo for garnish Almonds chopped 2 tablespo for garnish Pistachios chopped 1/4 cup Butter melted 1 1/2 tablespoons Cocoa powder 1 cup Dark chocolate chopped Filling 2 cups Dark chocolate chopped 2 cups Fresh cream 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes 2 tablespoons Butter Method To make the crust, grind together biscuits, almonds, pistachios, butter, cocoa powder and chocolate into a coarse mixture. Spread the crust in a spring form tin and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. To make the filling, heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add chilli flakes, stir and heat for a minute. Add the cream mixture to chocolate along with butter and mix till it melts and becomes smooth. Pour the filling over the crust, spread evenly and refrigerate till set.
