By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tender coconuts, Fresh basil leaves Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Coconut Cooler 2 Tender coconuts 8-10 + to garnish Fresh basil leaves as required Ice cubes 4 teaspoons Chia seeds soaked 1 pinch Salt 2 teaspoons Lemon juice to garnish Lemon slices Method Cut off the top of the tender coconuts and drain their water into a glass. Scoop out the flesh and chop it. Chop the basil leaves. Transfer the tender coconut flesh and basil leaves into 4 serving stemmed glasses. Add some ice cubes to the tender coconut water. Add chia seeds and mix well. Add salt and lemon juice and mix well. Pour this evenly into the serving glasses.
