By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Corn kernels, Medium potatoes Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Corn Potato Tikki-SK Khazana 3/4 cup Corn kernels boiled 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and grated 1 tablespo to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1-2 Green chillies chopped 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Lemon juice for grilli Oil to serve Tomato ketchup Method Mix together potatoes, corn, coriander leaves, green chillies, garam masala powder, salt and lemon juice in a bowl. Divide the prepared mixture into equal portions and shape into tikkis. Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the tikkis on it and grill, turning sides, till evenly golden on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
