By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jun 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Paneer (cottage cheese), Garlic Cuisine Fusion, , , , Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 250 grams paneer (cottage cheese),cut into batons 2 tablespoons crushed garlic 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon finely chopped celery 2 green chillies, finely chopped 1½ cups vegetable stock 1 teaspoon red chilli sauce 2 teaspoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste ¼ teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnish 1 tablespoon cornflour/ corn starch Method Heat oil in a deep non-stick wok, add garlic and sauté till it turns golden brown. Add celery, green chillies and vegetable stock and mix well. Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, salt crushed peppercorns, sugar and chopped coriander and mix well. Combine water and cornflour in a bowl to make a smooth paste. Add this slurry to the pan. Add cottage cheese batons and mix well. Add vinegar and mix lightly. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
