Ingredients list for Creamy Honeyed Fruits

  • 1/4 cup Hung yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Cream cheese
  • 3-4 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Kiwi peeled
  • 7-8 Dried apricots
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple sliced
  • 1 Orange separated into segments
  • 6-7 Chocolate chip cookies

Method

  1. Cut kiwis into slices. Cut apricots into halves and cut apple into cubes. Transfer all these into a bowl.
  2. Add pineapple, orange segments and honey and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.
  3. Combine hung yogurt and cream cheese in another bowl and mix well.
  4. Crush cookies coarsely with hands and place on a plate.
  5. Place a layer of chilled honeyed fruits into four individual short glasses. Spread a layer of yogurt-cheese mixture on top of the fruits. Top with crushed cookies and refrigerate for an hour.
  6. Serve chilled.
