Ingredients for Cuppa Sheera - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Semolina (rawa/suji) 3/4 cup

  • Ghee 2 tablespoons

  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Sugar 2/3 cup

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Mixed nuts chopped for garnish

  • Puries to serve


Step 1

Take two large cups. In each cup add 1 tbsp ghee, ⅓ cup semolina, ¼ tsp green cardamom powder, ⅓ cup sugar, ½ cup milk and½ cup water and, mix well.

Step 2

Keep the cups in the Microwave and cook on high for 1 minute, take it out and mix well. Cook in the Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Keep the cups on separate serving platters, garnish with mixed chopped nuts and serve hot with puris.
