By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Lasagne sheets, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Desi Baked Pasta-SK Khazana 8 Lasagne sheets 2 tablespoons Oil 2 Green chillies chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1 Medium tomato finely chopped 1 cup Soya granules soaked 2 tablespoons Carrots finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Garam masala powder 1/4 cup Green peas boiled 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped as required White sauce as required Tomato sauce 8 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies and garlic, mix and sauté well. Add onion and tomato, mix and cook till tomatoes soften. Add soya granules and mix well. Add carrots and turmeric powder and mix well. Add salt and garam masala powder and mix. Add green peas and 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Preheat oven to 180º C. Spread a ladleful of white sauce in a glass baking dish. Top with 2 lasagne sheets, spread some more white sauce, tomato sauce and generous portion of cooked mixture. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese and repeat these layers till all the lasagna sheets, white sauce, cooked mixture and mozzarella cheese are used up. Sprinkle remaining coriander leaves, put the dish in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
