Ingredients list for Desi Noodle Cutlet-SK Khazana

  • 1 cup Noodles boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1/4 cup Mixed capsicum strips
  • 1/3 cup Carrot strips
  • 1/3 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 Medium onion cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  • to shallow fry Oil

Method

  1. Mix together potatoes, noodles, capsicum, carrots cabbage, onion, ginger, green chillies, salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, cumin powder and soy sauce and mix well. Add cornflour and mix again.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into cutlets.
  3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the cutlets in it and shallow-fry, turning sides, till evenly golden brown on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Serve hot with Schezwan chutney.
