Ingredients list for Devilled Sausages

  • 4 large Chicken Sausage sliced diagonally
  • 1 medium Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
  • 4 slices Brown bread
  • 4 tablespoons Cheese grated

Method

  1. Chop the onion roughly and separate the layers. Heat oil in a pan, add the onion and sauté.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for half a minute. Add the sausage pieces and mix. Add salt, black pepper powder and tomato ketchup and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix.
  3. Cut the bread slices into round slices with a cookie cutter. Arrange the sausage mixture over the slices and top with grated cheese. Serve immediately.
