By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Jun 2021 in Recipes Beverages New Update Main Ingredients Thick yogurt, Pistachios Cuisine Indian Course Beverages Prep Time 15-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet & Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1½ cups thick yogurt 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios + as required 6-8 raisins + for garnishing 1 tablespoon chopped almonds + for garnishing Honey as required 3 tablespoons powdered sugar 1 teaspoon saffron water ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder 2 tablespoons milk 1 tablespoon fresh cream Method Spread 2 tablespoons pistachios on a plate. Apply some honey on the rim of a tall serving glass. Place each glass inverted in the plate to coat the rim. Combine yogurt, powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon pistachios, 6-8 raisins, 1 tablespoon almonds, saffron water, cardamom powder, milk in a blender jar and blend into smooth mixture using an electric hand blender.
