Ingredients list for Earl Grey Mango Cooler

  • 4 Tea bags Earl Grey
  • 2 Ripe mangoes pulp of
  • 6 tablespoons Sugar
  • as required Ice cubes
  • as required Lemon slices
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • for garnishing Fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Heat four cups of water in a non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Take off the heat and add sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add the tea bags and let them brew. Set aside to cool.
  3. Put some ice cubes into four individual tall glasses. Add some lemon slices and divide the brewed tea equally into the glasses.
  4. Add half tablespoon lemon juice in each glass and divide the mango pulp equally into the glasses. Stir well.
  5. Garnish with some mint leaves and serve chilled.
