Blend ½ onion, ½ tomato, ½ inch ginger, 1 green chilli, 1 button mushroom, 3 egg whites, salt and red chilli powder well. Heat 2 tsps oil in a non stick pan, pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook on medium heat, till set. Loosen the edges, fold into half, flip and cook till golden. Transfer into a serving plate and serve hot.
