Egg and Mayo Sandwich A creamy, savory sandwich filled with chopped eggs mixed with mayo, seasoned with salt and pepper, perfect for a quick and satisfying bite. By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Mayonnaise Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 2 eggs, soft boiled and peeled Mayo as required 8 white bread slices 2 small onions, finely chopped 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves ½ tsp chilli powder Salt to taste Butter for toasting Tomato ketchup to serve Method Take eggs on a plate, lightly mash using a fork. Add onion, chopped coriander and chilli powder and salt and lightly mix. Apply mayonnaise on bread slices and place a generous portion of the prepared mixture on one slice of bread and cover with another slice of bread. Heat butter in a non-stick tawa, place the prepared sandwich on it and cook till golden brown. Flip the sandwich and add butter on the sides.
