By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Roasted peanuts Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Farali Missal 4 medium Potatoes boiled and peeled ½ cup Roasted peanuts powder 1 tablespoon Ghee 1 teaspoon Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon Green chillies chopped ½ cup Raw peanuts to taste Salt ½ Sugar For topping Farali Chiwda ½ cup Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add ginger and green chillies and sauté till fragrant. Cut boiled potatoes into large cubes. Add boiled peanuts to the pan, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cubed potatoes, mix and cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add peanut powder, mix and lightly mash the potatoes. Add some water and mix well. Add salt and sugar, mix and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Serve hot topped with farali chivda.
