By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Five spice powder, Fish fillets Cuisine Thai Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Five Spice Fish Stir Fry 1½ tablespoons Five spice powder 2 Fish fillets cut into cubes to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 Lemon 1 tablespoon Sesame oil (til oil) ¼ teaspoon Ginger chopped 1-2 Fresh red chillies diagonally sliced 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce to garnish Spring onion greens chopped ¼ cup + Method Put fish in a bowl, add salt, crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon five-spice powder, mix and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes. Slice lemon. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and red chillies and saute for 30 seconds. Add marinated fish and toss on high heat. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and remaining five-spice powder and toss. Switch off heat, add sliced lemon and toss. Add spring onion greens and toss. Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
