This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Jan 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Kidney beans, Soya bean Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Four Bean Salad 1/2 cup Kidney beans Soaked overnight and boiled with salt 1/2 cup Soya bean Soaked and boiled with salt 1/2 cup Whole green grams (sabut moong) Soaked and boiled with salt 100 grams French beans Cut into ½ inch pieces and blanched 3 inch piece Ginger 1 teaspoon Red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon Mixed fruit jam to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Vinegar a few Lettuce leaves Method Place kidney beans, soya beans, moong beans and French beans in a bowl and mix well. Roughly chop ginger, grind with a little water, pass through a muslin cloth and squeeze out the juice. Add 1 tsp of ginger juice to the beans and mix well. Add red chilli sauce, mixed fruit jam, salt, vinegar and mix well. Tear a few lettuce leaves and add. Mix well and transfer into a serving bowl. Serve immediately.
