By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Jan 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Kidney beans, Soya bean Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Four Bean Salad 1/2 cup Kidney beans Soaked overnight and boiled with salt 1/2 cup Soya bean Soaked and boiled with salt 1/2 cup Whole green grams (sabut moong) Soaked and boiled with salt 100 grams French beans Cut into ½ inch pieces and blanched 3 inch piece Ginger 1 teaspoon Red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon Mixed fruit jam to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Vinegar a few Lettuce leaves Method Place kidney beans, soya beans, moong beans and French beans in a bowl and mix well. Roughly chop ginger, grind with a little water, pass through a muslin cloth and squeeze out the juice. Add 1 tsp of ginger juice to the beans and mix well. Add red chilli sauce, mixed fruit jam, salt, vinegar and mix well. Tear a few lettuce leaves and add. Mix well and transfer into a serving bowl. Serve immediately.
