- 3 medium onions
- Oil to deep fry
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Thinly slice onions and separate the layers.
- Put sliced onions into hot oil and deep-fry till light golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and cool.
- Store in an air-tight jar and use as required.
