Whisk together yogurt and castor sugar in another bowl till well blended. Add mango pulp and continue to whisk.Add the mixture to the fruits and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and serve cold in a martini glass or a bowl. Blend custard with an electric beater and add to fruits. Mix well. Crumble velvet cakes and place in a circular glass dish. Press lightly, pour custard on top and spread evenly. Halve the strawberry and make a fan out of it. Place it on the centre of the dish. Halve black grapes and place on the circular side of the dish. Serve.
