Ingredients for Fruit Shrikhand Recipe

  • hung yogurt 2 cups

  • powdered sugar 4 tablespoons

  • Red apple 1

  • Banana 1

  • Mango puree tinned 1/2 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • A pinch of nutmeg powder

  • Pistachios chopped for garnishing

  • Almonds chopped for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Chop the apples into small pieces, peel and chop the banana into small pieces and set them aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, add hung yogurt, powdered sugar and mix till well combined. Add mango puree and whisk well.

Step 3

Add the cut fruits, green cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder. Mix well. Garnish with chopped pistachios and chopped almonds. Serve chilled.
