By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Red grapes, Ripe banana Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Fruity Coconut Sorbet 8-10 Red grapes 1 Ripe banana ½ medium Apple as required Mango puree 6-8 Orange segments as required Pomegranate pearls 1 cup Coconut milk For topping Scraped coconut as required Ice cubes 1 tablespoon Castor sugar (caster sugar) to sprinkle Green cardamom powder Method Roughly chop grapes. Peel and roughly chop banana. Heat coconut milk in a non-stick pan. Add castor sugar and bring to boil. Remove from heat and cool. Roughly chop apple.Crush ice cubes coarsely. Put some crushed ice in individual Margarita glasses. Top with some mango puree, banana, apple and grapes. Put some crushed ice on top and pour some coconut milk. Put some broken orange segments and pomegranate pearls and top with scraped coconut and sprinkle some cardamom powder. Serve chilled.
