Ingredients for Fruity Muesli-Cook Smart Recipe

  • Medium apple 1

  • Fresh pomegranate pearls 1 cup + for garnish

  • Oats 2 cups

  • Apple juice 2 cups

  • Almonds toasted 10-12

  • Walnuts toasted 10-12

  • Thick yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Honey 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Take oats in a bowl, add apple juice and let it soak overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Grate apple, add to the soaked oats and mix well.

Step 3

Cut almonds into slivers and roughly chop walnuts.

Step 4

Reserve some of the nuts for garnishing and add the remaining to the oats. Add yogurt and honey and mix well.

Step 5

Add pomegranate pears and mix well. Transfer into serving bowls and refrigerate to chill.

Step 6

Serve chilled garnished with reserved nuts and pomegranate pearls.
