Add raisins and mix well. Add carrots and sauté further for a minute. Add milk and cook till the broken wheat is done. Add roasted semolina and mix well. Add castor sugar and mix well. Cook till the mixture thickens. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Transfer onto a serving plate, garnish with raisins and serve hot.
