Remove the stems of the mushrooms and put them into a bowl. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and saute till raw smells disappear. Add mushrooms, salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well. Add white wine, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add pinenuts, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into 4 individual shallow baking dishes evenly, drizzle 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil on each dish, keep them in the preheated oven and cook for 15-20 minutes. Bring them out of the oven and serve immediately.
