By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 May 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Garlic Cuisine Indian Course Breads Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Garlic Naan - SK Khazana 1 cup + for dusting Refined flour (maida) For topping Garlic finely chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Castor sugar 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda 2 tablespoons Yogurt For topping Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped for brushi Butter melted Method Mix together flour, salt, sugar and baking soda in a parat. Add yogurt and mix. Add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough. Cover with a damp muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 30 minutes. Dust your palms with some flour and divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Place them on a flour dusted worktop, drizzle some water on top and flatten into discs. Top with some garlic and coriander leaves. Heat a non-stick tawa. Drizzle some water on place a naan on it and roast, turning sides, till evenly done on both sides.
