Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan. Crush garlic and add to the pan and sauté till brown. Add shrimps, sea salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Put the shrimps in 4 individual earthenware bowls, drizzle extra-virgin olive oil. Roast maize flour in another non-stick pan, add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Sprinkle roasted maize flour over the shrimps. Put the bowls in preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.
