By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Spinach, Oil Cuisine Goan Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Goan Style Spinach-SK Khazana 2 medium bunch Spinach cleaned 2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 Medium onion finely chopped 2 Medium tomatoes finely chopped 2 Green chillies chopped to taste Salt 2-3 tablespoons Split pigeon peas (tuvar dal) cooked 1/2 cup Dal stock 3 tablespoons Fresh coconut scraped Method Roughly chop spinach leaves. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add onion and saute well. Add tomatoes, mix and saute for 2 minutes. Add spinach, green chillies and salt, mix well and cook. Add pigeon peas, dal stock, mix well, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add coconut and mix well.
