Cut beans into 1 inch pieces and add. Slice carrot and mushrooms and add. Toss on high heat. Sprinkle a little water. Add water chestnuts and mix well. Add black bean sauce and crushed red chillies. Toss again and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add chilli sauce and mix. Add bean sprouts and adjust salt. Mix well and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot.
