By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green garlic, Millet flour (bajre ka atta) Cuisine Fusion Course Breads Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Green Garlic Roti 50 grams Green garlic finely chopped 1 1/4 cups Millet flour (bajre ka atta) 1 small Onion finely chopped 1 small Tomato finely chopped 4-5 Green chillies finely chopped a pinch Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder a pinch Black pepper powder to taste Salt Method In a large bowl mix together jowar flour, green garlic, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper power, salt and water and mix well to make a dough. Cover and rest aside for twenty minutes.Divide into equal balls. Roll each ball into a roti.Heat a non-stick tawa. Put the roti and cook it till done by adding little oil.
