By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Nov 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Green Gazpacho Main Ingredients Cucumber, Green capsicum, Green apple Cuisine Spanish Course Soups Prep Time 15-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 2 medium cucumbers 2 medium green capsicums 1 medium green apple 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery 1 green chilli 6-8 walnut kernels, roughly chopped 1 teaspoon chopped garlic Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste + for sprinkling 1 tablespoon olive oil + for drizzling 1 teaspoon vinegar Olive oil for drizzling Method Peel and cut cucumbers into small cubes. Halve capsicums and remove seeds. Core the apple and cut capsicums and apple into cubes. Transfer all these into a blender jar. Add celery, broken green chilli, walnuts, garlic, salt, crushed peppercorns, 2 tablespoons olive oil and vinegar and blend into a smooth mixture. Strain the mixture into another bowl.
