Ingredients list for Green Rice

  • 3 cup Basmati rice cooked
  • 2 medium Green capsicum 1/4 inch pieces
  • 10-15 leaves Spinach

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add the garlic and cumin seeds and sauté for a minute. Add the spinach, capsicums and green peas and continue to sauté. Add the green chillies and sauté for a minute. Add the onions.
  2. Mix well and cook for another minute. Add the rice and salt. Toss well. Add the lemon juice and mix gently.
  3. Serve hot.
