By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Oct 2015 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Lemon juice Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Grilled Chicken with Pineapple Salsa 2 Boneless chicken breasts 1 teaspoon Lemon juice to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 2 tablespoons Orange juice 1 teaspoon All spice powder 1 teaspoon Paprika powder 2 tablespoons Oil Pineapple salsa 1 cup Pineapple chopped 1/2 cup Radish chopped 1 small Onion finely chopped 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Jalapenos chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Slice chicken breasts into halves. Add lemon juice, salt, soy sauce, garlic, orange juice, all-spice powder and paprika powder. Rub well and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes. To make salsa, combine pineapple, radish, onion, lemon juice, jalapenos and chopped coriander and mix well. Keep in the refrigerator. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the marinated chicken on it, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or till the chicken is completely cooked.
