By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Gulkand, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Beverages Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Gulkand Lassi 1 tablespoon Gulkand 2 cups Yogurt 1 cup Powdered sugar 2 tablespoons Rabdi ½ teaspoon Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon Rose essence 4-5 for garnishing Almonds blanched and peeled 2-3 for garnishing Rose petals Method Blend together yogurt, powdered sugar, rabdi, cardamom powder, candied rose petals and rose essence with 3-4 ice cubes to a thick mixture. Cut almonds to juliennes.
