By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Aug 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Sweet potato Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Healthy Aloo Tikki - SK Khazana 3 Potatoes boiled and peeled 1 Sweet potato boiled and peeled 2 Green chillies finely chopped 1 teaspoon Dried pomegranate seeds (anardana) roasted and powdered 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt 3 tablespoons Cornflour for greasing Ghee to serve Green chutney Method Preheat air-fryer to 180˚C. Grate potatoes and sweet potato into a mixing bowl. Add green chillies, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, salt and cornflour and mix well. Grease your palms with a little ghee, divide the mixture into equal portions, and shape each into a tikki. Place these tikkis in the air-fryer basket, fit it to the air-fryer and bake for 15-20 minutes.
