By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Healthy Uttappam Main Ingredients Oats, Dosa batter Cuisine South Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats, roasted and powdered 1 cup dosa batter ½ cup mixed sprouts 1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped 2 green chillies, finely chopped Oil for greasing Method Take oats in a bowl. Add dosa batter and salt. Add water to adjust consistency and mix well. Keep aside In another bowl take the sprouts, onions, tomatoes, green chillies and salt. Mix well set aside. Grease a non-stick pan with some oil. Pour a ladleful of the uttapam batter and spread it thickly. Sprinkle the sprout mixture over it and let the uttappam cook evenly from both the sides.
