By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sunflower seeds (charoli/chironji), Pumpkin seeds Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 2-2.30 hour Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Homemade Snack Bars - Diwali Special 15 grams Sunflower seeds (charoli/chironji) toasted 15 grams Pumpkin seeds toasted 2 tablespoons White sesame seeds toasted 30 grams Oats rolled, roasted 20 grams Puffed rice (kurmura/murmura) 20 grams Almonds roasted and chopped for greasing Oil 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder 1/2 cup brown sugar/jaggery 2 tablespoons Honey Method Grease a burfitray with some oil. Combine all the seeds, oats, puffed rice and almonds in a bowl and mix. Add cinnamon powder and mix well. Melt brown sugar with a few drops of water in a non-stick pan. Add honey and mix well. Add the seed mixture and mix well. Remove from heat. Spread the prepared mixture evenly on the greased tray. Set aside toset for one to two hours.
