Ingredients list for Homestyle Pizza-SK Khazana

  • 2 Small white pizza bases
  • 2 Medium brown pizza bases
  • 2 Medium tomatoes
  • 1 tablespo for greasing Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Medium onion finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3-4 + for garnish Fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 Chicken sausage
  • 1 Ham slice
  • a few 3 coloured capsicum cut into triangles
  • a few Button mushroom slices
  • 1 Small onion diced and layers separated
  • as required Red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Corn kernels

Method

  1. For making pizza sauce, heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden.
  2. Add onion and sauté till golden brown. Add tomatoes, mix and cook for a minute. Add salt, red chilli powder and sugar and mix well.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180º C.
  4. Set aside to cool slightly, then transfer into a grinder jar and puree it roughly.
  5. Spread the sauce evenly on 2 white pizza bases. Spread 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each pizza base.
  6. Slice the chicken sausage and cut the ham into thin strips.
  7. Arrange some sausage and ham on 1 white base and some coloured capsicums, mushroom and onion on the other white base. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and spread a few corn kernels on top of both.
  8. Spread some more mozzarella cheese over both the bases.
  9. Grease a baking pan with some oil. Keep the pizzas in it and place the pan in the preheated oven and cook till the cheese melts.
  10. Similarly make the pizzas with the brown pizza bases.
  11. Serve them hot.
