Add corn kernels, refined flour, polenta, 1 tsp red chilli powder and sea salt. Grate cheese into it and mix well. Add beer and mix well. Roughly chop spring onion green stalks and add. Mix well and set aside for 20-25 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop very small portions of the oats-corn mixture in the oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle red chilli powder and sea salt on top and serve hot.
