Add fresh coconut and sauté on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Add condensed milk and sauté for 3-4 minutes till the mixture thickens. Add green cardamom powder, mix and transfer into a bowl. Grease palm with a little oil. Shape the mixture into small laddoos, arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
