Ingredients list for Instant Coconut Laddoo

  • 2 cups Coconut scraped
  • 6-8 chopped Cashewnuts
  • 8-10 Almonds chopped
  • 5-6 Pistachios chopped
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • a pinch Green cardamom powder
  • for greasing Oil

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add cashewnuts, almonds and pistachios and dry roast for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add fresh coconut and sauté on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Add condensed milk and sauté for 3-4 minutes till the mixture thickens.
  3. Add green cardamom powder, mix and transfer into a bowl. Grease palm with a little oil. Shape the mixture into small laddoos, arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
