Ingredients list for Instant Noodle Pakoda - SK Khazana
- 1 packets Instant noodles
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Spring onions with greens chopped
- 1 cup Gram flour (besan)
- to deep fry Oil
- to sprinkle Chaat masala
- to serve Green chutney
Method
- Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick deep pan, add taste maker, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt and mix well.
- Add broken instant noodles, cook till ¾ done and transfer into a bowl.
- Add spring onions and gram flour and mix well.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop little portions of the mixture into the hot oil and deep-fry on medium heat till the pakodas are evenly golden and crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle chaat masala on top.
- Arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot with green chutney.
