By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Semolina (rawa/suji) , Yogurt Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Instant uttapam 1 cup Semolina (rawa/suji) 3 tablespoons Yogurt 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon chilli 3-4 Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 2 small Tomato chopped 2 small Onion chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Oil Method Mix together rawa along with water, yogurt and salt and leave aside for half an hour. Add red chilli powder, green chillies, cumin seeds, tomatoes, onions and coriander leaves and mix well. Heat oil on a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of batter on tawa and cook till golden brown in color on both sides.
