By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggless Noodles, French beans Cuisine Indo-Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Jain Chinese Bhel 200 grams Eggless Noodles boiled 1 cup French beans cut into diamonds 1 teaspoon for deep-frying Oil 1 tablespoon Cornflour/ corn starch 1 medium Capsicum finely chopped 1 small Cabbage finely shredded ΒΌ cup Corn kernels 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Sugar to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Soy sauce 1 teaspoon Red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat sufficient oil in kadai. Take noodles in a bowl, add cornflour and mix well. Set aside. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a non-stick pan, add French beans, capsicum, cabbage, corn kernels, black pepper powder, sugar, salt, soy sauce, chill sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes and set aside. Deep-fry noodles in hot oil till crisp and brown. Drain on absorbent paper. When cool lightly crush the fried noodles. Add the fried noodles reserving some to the vegetable mixture. Mix well and cook for 2-3 mixture. Add chopped coriander reserving some and mix well. Serve hot garnished with reserved fried noodles and chopped coriander.
