By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Jamuns, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet & Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Jamun Yogurt Slush 15-20 Jamuns seeded and lightly mashed 2 cups Yogurt 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 2 tablespoons Lemon juice 2-3 tablespoons Powdered sugar as required Ice cubes For topping Honey to sprinkle Almonds chopped to sprinkle Pistachios chopped Method Put jamuns in individual serving wine glasses upto¼ full. Blend together yogurt, vanilla essence, lemon juice and powdered sugar to a smooth mixture. Add some ice cubes and blend again. Pour the yogurt mixture on top of jamuns. Drizzle some honey and sprinkle some chopped almonds and pistachios on top.
